Every house skill as a zip you can hand to a teammate or drop into Claude. Each package says what it is for, what is inside, what it needs alongside, and when it last changed. The zips are rebuilt from the canonical files on every deploy, so what you download is what the agents run on.
Install a zip
- Claude.ai or the Claude app: Settings, Capabilities, Skills, Upload skill, pick the zip. One zip per skill. A pack is a zip of zips: unzip it first, then upload each one.
- Claude Code: unzip into the project's
.claude/skills/folder so you get.claude/skills/<slug>/SKILL.md. Claude picks it up on the next session. - Linters are Python:
pip install python-pptx python-docx, thenpython3 deck_lint.py file.pptx.
